A native of The Netherlands, Caroline van Hulst started her professional career in Germany, where she worked for an International Company for one year before being transferred to France to further gain an appreciation of cultural and ethnic values. 
At the age of 21 she entered the family business, Royal Huisman, the renowned Dutch builder of beautiful custom sailing yachts designed for a distinguished and international clientele. For the next 22 years she worked in many different capacities within the family business extending her heartfelt appreciation for cultural values and ethnic diversity. Before founding Studio Animo, a whole self, health and fitness school in 2003 she spent her last 15 years at Royal Huisman in the accounting department taking administrative responsibility for the salary and social benefits for some 350 close knit employees. Robert Brixius has been in top management positions for two decades and knows intimately the problems, fears and pressure today's managers may be exposed to. He intensively practices Yoga and meditation and is a certified Primordial Sound Meditation teacher for the Chopra Center in Germany.
